Job Description
Cold Calling Agent for construction and home improvement lead generation. Conducting outbound calls and setting appointments with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets
- Follow provided call scripts to professionally introduce services
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and homeowner interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, notes, and outcomes
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
- Maintain professional call quality and follow calling guidelines
- Support consistent lead flow through reliable outbound calling activity
Requirements:
- Philippines-based and able to work fully remote
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service
- Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day
- Able to consistently set 2–3 qualified appointments per day
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient to rejection
- Able to work full-time during Los Angeles business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Experience with CRM systems, dialers, or call-tracking tools is preferred
- Experience calling for construction, home improvement, or service-based companies is a plus
