Job Description
Outbound Appointment Setter for Marriage Reset, engaging warm leads and booking appointments for the sales team. Focused on making connections and turning leads into valuable clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound volume — dial ~150 warm, ad-generated leads per day who haven't yet booked a call
- Run screening calls — 15–30 minute evaluation calls to qualify fit and build intent
- Book appointments — schedule qualified leads directly onto our sales team's calendars
- Follow up — persistently re-engage leads who don't book on the first touch
- Keep the pipeline clean — light sales admin
Requirements:
- Native-level spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
- Able to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about a sensitive, personal topic
- Available to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace and fast, stable internet
- Self-managing — you hit your numbers without being chased
- Nice to have:
- Prior appointment setting or phone sales experience
- Experience with dialers/CRMs such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO
