Job Description
Appointment Setter generating qualified meetings for Co-founder at HireGummy, focusing on service-based businesses and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads using Apollo and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct outreach to service-based businesses.
- Book qualified meetings directly into the Co-founder's calendar.
- Confirm appointments to maximize attendance rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and meeting outcomes.
- Provide daily updates on activity and performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
- Experience targeting service-based businesses is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a performance-based commission structure.
- Able to demonstrate measurable results within the first month.
