Job Description
Area VP Sales for Semperis in Cybersecurity leading EMEA Central region. Focusing on team mentorship and revenue growth for EMEA's strategic markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high performing team through effective mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies for team success
- Develop an annual sales plan in support of regional growth as well as planning and managing sales forecasts and communicating progress against targets regularly
- Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals
- Be deeply involved in the region’s complex deals to help negotiate and close in a timely manner.
- Build strong internal collaborative relationships with business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams.
Requirements:
- Cybersecurity industry experience
- Proven leadership experience in high performing sales teams
- Understanding of the information security channel network of partners
- Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients
- Ability to travel (about 20-30%)
