Job Description

Senior manager leading payment program delivery and project managers at Cotiviti, a healthcare analytics company. Overseeing governance, stakeholders, risks, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers
  • Provide regular feedback, performance guidance, and career development support
  • Establish expectations and accountability for individual and team performance
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations
  • Support hiring, onboarding, talent planning, and succession planning
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
  • Oversee complex payment-related programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Ensure consistent application of program management standards, tools, and best practices
  • Remove obstacles and escalate risks to ensure successful delivery
  • Serve as a primary contact for senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and cross-functional teams
  • Communicate program status, risks, and achievements to leadership
  • Monitor team workload and capacity
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, execution, and delivery quality
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate team and program performance and inform decisions
  • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in program or transformation leadership in complex, matrixed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; master’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including performance management and employee development
  • Proven ability to coach others, provide feedback, and build high-performing teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead through influence and collaboration
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage governance, budgets, risks, and executive updates
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or operational transformation preferred
  • Healthcare payer/provider operations
