Job Description
Associate Account Manager maintaining and retaining customer relationships in waste services with Republic Services. Responsible for increasing penetration and sales for existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for waste services
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business
- Increasing the level of penetration in the existing customer base by selling Republic Services products
- Utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities
- Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review customer retention and activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
- Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
