Job Description
Entry-level Project Manager coordinating medical personnel, logistics, and operations for Remote Medical Inc.'s remote healthcare projects across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the deployment of medical personnel to remote and industrial project sites
- Plan and book personnel logistics, including travel and accommodation
- Support payroll coordination and operational administration
- Manage day-to-day operational and personnel queries
- Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders
- Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination
- Help solve operational problems in new or unfamiliar scenarios
- Prioritize tasks and keep multiple workstreams moving in a dynamic environment
- Work closely with experienced project managers and operational leaders
- Support the deployment of medical professionals to remote industrial field settings
- Help ensure projects run smoothly from planning through delivery
Requirements:

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with limited standardization

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to constantly reach with hands and fingers
- Ability to work in close contact with small and large groups
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees
- Prior project management experience is not required
- Exposure to project coordination or project management is desirable but not essential
- Experience in logistics, operations, or client-facing roles is desirable but not essential
- Interest in healthcare or industrial medical operations is desirable but not essential
