Job Description
Associate real estate agent showing homes and hosting open houses for Redfin, a technology-powered nationwide real estate brokerage. Flexible field-based contract work with no closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Travel within your market to serve customers
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
- Join the local MLS and Realtor Association
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Successful background screening consistent with applicable law
