Job Description
Independent Redfin real estate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field-based work supporting home buyers and sellers without closing transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Travel within your market to conduct field events
- Attend a video screen and recruiter follow-up during the application process
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Background screening consistent with applicable law
