Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections across Richmond. Flexible field-based contract work without office visits or transaction closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on a self-directed schedule
- Control workload and conduct field events
- Serve customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Affiliate exclusively with Redfin
- Join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Undergo background screening consistent with applicable law
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Independent contractor status
- Background screening consistent with applicable law
