Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible, remote field work serving customers in Hartford, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Ability to work with customers, especially on weekends
- Background screening required
