Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections across Hampton Roads. Flexible independent-contractor field work with no office visits or transaction-closing responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Conduct real estate field events without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Travel within your market
- Complete a quick application and video screen if invited
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Background screening consistent with applicable law
