Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible remote field work serving local real estate customers without closing transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Provide real estate field-event services without closing transactions
- Work remotely in the field and travel within the local market
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Successful background screening consistent with applicable law
- Independent contractor (1099) status
