Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes and hosting open houses in Richmond. Flexible field-based work helping customers without sales contracts or closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on a self-controlled schedule
- Manage workload and field events within the Richmond market
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Complete a video screen and recruiter application process if invited
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must complete background screening consistent with applicable law
