Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections in Riverhead. Flexible, remote field work as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your own schedule
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Manage field events within your market
- Join Redfin as an independent contractor without handling transaction closings
- Complete a video screen and recruiter process when openings are available
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must work as an independent contractor
- Background screening required
