Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes and hosting open houses in Stamford. Working flexible field hours with customers without handling sales, contracts, or closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes and host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Travel within your market
- Complete a video screen and recruiter process if invited
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must pass background screening consistent with applicable law
