Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections across Virginia markets. Flexible independent-contractor field work with no office visits.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Earn money per field event without closing transactions
- Complete the application and video screening process
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Must pass Redfin's background screening
