Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible independent-contractor field work across Tennessee without office visits or closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Control your workload
- Serve customers, especially on weekends
- Complete field events without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Complete a video screen if invited
- Work as an independent contractor affiliated with Redfin
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Successful background screening
