Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field-based work supporting home buyers and sellers across Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Make money in real estate without closing a transaction
- Work remotely out in the field
- Submit an application and complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Background screening required
