Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections in New Haven. Flexible independent-contractor field work with no office visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers on a flexible schedule
- Operate as an independent contractor and earn a flat-rate payment per field event
- Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Undergo background screening consistent with applicable law
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must pass background screening consistent with applicable law
