Job Description
Associate Technical Account Manager guiding customers through Sprinto’s security compliance platform onboarding. Supporting setup, go-live, integrations, and first audit milestones for global customers.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers from contract signature through setup, go-live, and their first audit milestone
- Understand customer goals, systems, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Turn customer objectives into milestones with clear owners
- Help customers connect tools, activate controls, and align Sprinto with required frameworks
- Lead progress conversations and write clear updates
- Surface project risks early
- Bring in Product, Support, or Compliance with relevant context when issues are blocked
- Follow through with customers on next steps
- Identify recurring friction and document effective processes
- Help improve the onboarding journey
- Work with founders, CTOs, and security teams
- Support customers in completing setup, reaching value sooner, and trusting Sprinto’s compliance platform
Requirements:
- Early career opportunity for 2026 B.Tech cybersecurity graduates or MBA–ITBM graduates
- B.Tech background in cybersecurity or a related technical field with meaningful security exposure, or an MBA in Information Technology Business Management (ITBM)
- No graduation-year requirement
- Internships, projects, and early work experience count
- Ability to explain technical ideas to people without the same technical background
- Ability to organize ambiguous problems into actions, owners, and deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and follow through
- Clear writing and ability to build trust with people working toward different priorities
- General knowledge of cloud systems, SaaS integrations, APIs, SOC 2, or ISO 27001
- Prior SaaS onboarding experience, executive management experience, or an advanced security certification is not required
- Submit an example of a project, internship, or work situation where you brought people together to achieve a result
