Job Description
Technical Account Manager supporting international customers with printing solutions, onboarding, and cross-site projects. Driving sustainable labels and packaging expertise across Asteria Group.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and professional onboarding for new customers, particularly international enterprise accounts
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and select the appropriate production site within the Asteria Group
- Oversee test productions and customer approvals while ensuring compliance with agreed quality and service requirements
- Support Sales with complex customer projects, technical presentations, and challenging printing issues
- Coordinate cross-site technical projects and collaborate with Production, Sales, suppliers, and subject-matter experts
- Evaluate new materials, printing technologies, and sustainable solutions, particularly in the context of the PPWR
- Document and share technical processes and best practices across the Asteria Group
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in the label or printing industry, with in-depth knowledge of various printing and finishing technologies
- Experience in technical account management, customer consulting, or a comparable cross-functional role
- Experience managing complex, cross-site projects
- Confident professional presence and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Independent, structured working style and a reliable approach to execution
- Fluent German and very good English skills, with professional proficiency in both languages
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe approximately 40% of the time
