Job Description
Infra Lead managing Core Banking and infrastructure services ensuring stability and efficiency. Providing leadership in database management and operational strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the database and infrastructure support teams to provide high-quality service delivery, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Develop and implement strategies for database management, data security, and infrastructure support.
- Deploy and fine tuning of Oracle Databases on Exadata and IBM Hardware.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align infrastructure support services with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services.
- Oversee the design and implementation of new database and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain systems in adherence with the audit and compliance requirements
- Lead and manage the technical team supporting database and Operating System platforms.
- Ensure service stability, uptime of the systems under the portfolio as per the agreed SLA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Oracle database management, Exadata, IBM Hardware and IT infrastructure security support.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects and delivering results.
- 12-15 years in Infra technology and SDLC experience out of which 10+ years in Database management and Infra operations.
