Job Description

B2B Growth Manager responsible for strategic partnerships and B2B growth. Focusing on data-driven strategies and expanding key accounts while managing new partner acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of key merchant partners
  • Expansion of the B2B business using data-driven approaches
  • Strengthening existing partnerships and unlocking growth potential
  • Identifying new high-potential partners and implementing targeted segmentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Partner Success, or B2B sales
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital tools
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and in-person exchange formats
