Job Description

Outbound B2B Sales Development Representative engaging business decision-makers. Working remotely for WFS Group's RevOps solutions and sales optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Prospect into defined B2B ICPs including founders, owners, and executives
  • Initiate first-contact conversations and lead structured discovery calls
  • Identify business challenges, gaps, and urgency through consultative questioning
  • Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, need, and timing
  • Book high-quality sales meetings that convert into revenue
  • Follow up strategically across multiple touchpoints to drive engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene
  • Participate in daily sales syncs, outbound reviews, and pipeline strategy
  • Study call recordings and continuously refine messaging and delivery
  • Consistently hit or exceed outbound activity and meeting booked KPIs
  • Collaborate with closers to ensure tight handoffs and clean transitions
  • Represent WFS core values and uphold a high-performance standard

Requirements:

  • 6 plus months experience in outbound B2B sales
  • Proven comfort with cold calling and cold outreach
  • Experience selling into business owners or decision-makers preferred
  • Strong objection handling and conversational control skills
  • High level of discipline, resilience, and self-management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound workflows
