Job Description

Sales Development Representative for B2B outbound sales, conducting calls and setting appointments remotely. Collaborating on projects and optimizing sales tactics in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You conduct outbound calls and arrange qualified demo/consultation meetings with relevant decision-makers (from department level up to C-level).
  • You work with structured lead lists, supplement them with your own research when necessary, and prioritize leads sensibly.
  • You reliably document your call outcomes in our CRM system.
  • You actively contribute to optimizing outbound playbooks and provide operational feedback from the field to our internal team or the client.
  • Depending on the project, you participate in regular strategy meetings and actively help improve sales tactics.
  • You act as a trusted, professional first point of contact on behalf of our clients — with tact and a clear focus on objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B telephone prospecting (cold calling).
  • You can engage decision-makers on equal terms, handle objections professionally, and are not easily put off.
  • You work reliably, in a structured and self-directed manner from your home office.
  • You are self-employed (freelancer) and ideally have capacity for 1–3 projects per week (depending on scope and availability).
  • You possess business-fluent German language skills (C1+) in both spoken and written form.
