Job Description
B2B Sales Representative in healthcare sales, focusing on building relationships with U.S. hospitals. Drive sales from initial outreach to long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, CRM databases, and cold outreach
- Schedule and conduct virtual sales meetings and product presentations with hospital decision-makers
- Present hospital curtain products and custom manufacturing solutions clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Track customer reorders and repeat business, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Communicate customer needs and product pain points to internal teams
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-managed sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve offerings and messaging
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven success in sales, B2B sales, or healthcare sales, with a track record of achieving quotas
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Friendly, adaptable, and quick to learn
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
