Job Description
Bilingual Member Retention Specialist for a virtual assistant service company. Supporting members in billing issues and ensuring their memberships remain active while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach & Retention: Contact members regarding account status and missed payments, lead supportive conversations, and guide members toward resolving billing issues.
- Account Monitoring & Reporting: Review daily billing reports, track payment failures, and maintain organized follow-up schedules.
- Billing & Payment Support: Process payments, resolve balances, and offer solutions to prevent cancellations.
- Member Engagement & Support: Reinforce membership benefits and help members overcome obstacles that may lead to cancellation.
- Documentation & System Management: Maintain detailed notes in GymMaster and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred
- No prior experience required.
