Job Description

Bilingual Virtual Assistant supporting a music education business with administrative tasks and customer engagement. Fluent in English and Spanish with experience in CRM and customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks and daily operational support
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads for customer nurturing and follow-ups
  • Answer incoming calls and professionally book appointments for music classes
  • Manage and update client information within GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately
  • Provide a friendly, professional customer experience in both English and Spanish
  • Learn and use the My Music Desk software (training will be provided)

Requirements:

  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is a plus
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
