Job Description
Bilingual Virtual Assistant supporting a music education business with administrative tasks and customer engagement. Fluent in English and Spanish with experience in CRM and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks and daily operational support
- Make outbound calls to warm leads for customer nurturing and follow-ups
- Answer incoming calls and professionally book appointments for music classes
- Manage and update client information within GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately
- Provide a friendly, professional customer experience in both English and Spanish
- Learn and use the My Music Desk software (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is a plus
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
