Job Description
Biosampling Project Manager overseeing clinical trial delivery, budgets, timelines, and data quality at ICON. Coordinating investigators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to advance medicines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical trial management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project timelines
- Collaborate with investigators, vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement clinical studies successfully
- Develop and manage study budgets, resources, and timelines
- Lead resolution of issues and challenges during clinical trials
- Implement monitoring and validation processes to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the study lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Proven experience in clinical study management, with a strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards in clinical trials
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
