Job Description

Biosampling Project Manager overseeing clinical trial delivery, budgets, timelines, and data quality at ICON. Coordinating investigators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to advance medicines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical trial management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project timelines
  • Collaborate with investigators, vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement clinical studies successfully
  • Develop and manage study budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Lead resolution of issues and challenges during clinical trials
  • Implement monitoring and validation processes to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the study lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Proven experience in clinical study management, with a strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards in clinical trials
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
