Job Description
Brand Manager leading sponsorships, brand governance, and organic social media for CLEAResult's sustainable energy programs. Supporting US and Canadian teams through partnerships, campaigns, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage CLEAResult's sports sponsorships and other major partnerships
- Manage sponsorship relationships, deliverables, and ROI tracking
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Events on sponsorship activation, event attendance and promotion, and speaking opportunities
- Serve as the primary brand resource for the Canadian team
- Support Canadian proposals, sell sheets, event promotion, and other brand needs
- Own organic social media strategy and execution across channels
- Manage community engagement and use scripts and assets from the Content Marketing Manager
- Apply and enforce brand guidelines across Growth Marketing channels and campaign materials
- Partner with designers on visual standards and brand modernization
- Amplify campaign content on social channels with Growth Marketing Managers and the Content Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications on aligned company-wide social and PR messaging
- Audit sponsorship agreements, social channels, and Canadian brand needs during the first 90 days
- Establish sponsorship activation plans, ROI frameworks, social calendars, Canadian request processes, and brand governance remediation plans
- Execute or fully plan the first sponsorship activation and establish ongoing coordination with Corporate Communications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including sponsorship or partnership management
- Demonstrated experience owning a major partnership relationship end-to-end, including deliverable tracking and ROI reporting
- Organic social media management experience across multiple channels, including community engagement
- Familiarity with brand guideline systems such as Frontify or equivalent
- Comfort supporting a distributed team, including Canadian colleagues, and partnering cross-functionally with Corporate Communications
- Experience with a social management and scheduling platform
- Experience with social analytics tooling
- Familiarity with Claude or comparable AI tooling for social drafting and reporting
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Working knowledge of Canadian marketing compliance (CASL) is a plus
- French-language capability is a plus
- Utility or energy-industry knowledge is a plus
