Job Description
Talent attraction specialist building Cohere’s employer brand and recruitment campaigns. Positioning enterprise AI company Cohere to attract frontier AI researchers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy defining and promoting Cohere's identity, culture, and technical leadership to target talent groups
- Run multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and search engines
- Create job descriptions, employee success stories, and optimized career site landing pages
- Optimize and maintain the career site experience while tracking engagement through candidate relationship management tools
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including cost-per-hire, application conversion rates, and ROI
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to ensure consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints
- Monitor competitor employer branding strategies and identify differentiation opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring teams on targeted recruitment campaigns for specific roles and departments
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
- Skilled in content creation, with portfolio examples of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives
- Experience with candidate relationship management tools and career site optimization
- Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics
- Creative and strategic, balancing brand consistency with campaign innovation
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of the talent landscape in this field
- Excellent cross-functional partnership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
