Job Description

Senior Manager activating So Good So You’s plant-based functional beverage brand across social, creators, partnerships, and experiences. Building community and consumer relevance.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn broader brand strategy into social, creator, influencer, partnership, experiential, and community-building programs
  • Develop plans, programs, and experiences that bring the brand to life and drive attention, conversation, and sharing
  • Build community and grow conversation around So Good So You
  • Monitor social, creators, culture, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
  • Connect social, creators, partnerships, community, and real-world experiences into integrated programs
  • Lead and develop the team by setting priorities, providing feedback, creating accountability, and supporting growth
  • Coordinate internal teams and external agencies, creators, partners, and specialists to execute plans
  • Set goals, assess performance and consumer feedback, and improve future decisions
  • Report to the Director of Marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand activation, integrated marketing, social, influencer/creator, community, experiential, partnership, integrated, or consumer marketing
  • Track record of building modern, social-first consumer brands
  • Significant experience with social media and understanding of social platforms, creators, trends, communities, and how brands earn attention
  • Experience across social, influencer/creator, partnerships, experiential, and community
  • Experience turning brand strategy or a brief into a clear plan and leading work from idea through execution
  • Experience managing and developing people and leading agencies, contractors, creators, and external partners
  • Strong creative judgment and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
