Job Description
Brand Marketing Manager coordinating campaigns, sponsorships, and events for Wellspring, an innovation and IP management commercialization partner. Managing cross-functional execution, budgets, and the LEAP Innovation Summit.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan brand marketing projects
- Partner with product and growth marketing to surpass team objectives
- Manage project management, event planning and execution, sponsored event negotiations, logistics, campaign planning and execution, and budget management
- Ensure campaigns, deliverables, event details, and brand marketing work are clearly communicated and logistically managed
- Collaborate cross-functionally across brand, product, growth, sales, and product teams
- Work with the VP of Brand Marketing, content manager, and designers to design and implement key marketing campaigns
- Perform competitive research and incorporate findings into campaigns
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders
- Plan and execute sponsored events in the innovation management and intellectual property space
- Plan and execute Wellspring’s annual LEAP Innovation Summit, including venue research and cross-functional coordination
- Manage the annual events budget and marketing team expenses
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in project and event management
- Experience managing budgets and sponsorships
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and passion for disruptive marketing
- Adaptability, clear communication, and attention to detail
- Experience using Monday.com or a related project management software
- Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation
- Effective writing skills for emails, campaigns, promotional copy, and website copy
- Knowledge of the innovation management and/or intellectual property management space
- BA or BS in marketing or related degree
