Job Description
Branding & Marketing Specialist responsible for enhancing brand visibility and marketing initiatives for a civil and construction organization. This role focuses on digital content management and collaboration with design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms; monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Assist marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing and branding projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, and digital content management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, website CMS, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Preferred:**
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns and marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
