Job Description
Business Development Representative generating B2B leads for Swiss digital HR transformation startup. Qualifying prospects and booking introductory meetings through phone, LinkedIn, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire B2B customers
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone to identify their needs in the area of Digital HR
- Make contact through additional channels such as LinkedIn and email
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings
- Document contacts, conversations, and outcomes in Zoho CRM
- Optional: Attend industry events and trade fairs together with the team
- Continuously optimize outreach based on feedback and market insights
- Work closely across departments with Marketing, Data Management, Delivery Teams, and external partners
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, and customer acquisition; preferably in Human Resources or tech sales
- Enjoyment of proactive communication and direct customer contact
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Clear, structured, and professional communication skills
- Enjoy communicating with companies by phone and an open, personable communication style
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong advantage: Experience and expertise in HR digitalization
