Job Description

Business Development Executive generating new client leads for AI recruitment startup. Engaging with decision-makers to pitch AI-enhanced recruitment services and build a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads.
  • Pitch RemoteStar’s AI-enhanced recruitment services and CTO-led vetting.
  • Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Understand client hiring needs and position our AI-driven value proposition.

Requirements:

  • BD experience in recruitment or staffing (preferred)
  • Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles
  • Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage.
