Job Description
Business Development Executive generating new client leads for AI recruitment startup. Engaging with decision-makers to pitch AI-enhanced recruitment services and build a sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate new client leads.
- Pitch RemoteStar’s AI-enhanced recruitment services and CTO-led vetting.
- Book qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Understand client hiring needs and position our AI-driven value proposition.
Requirements:
- BD experience in recruitment or staffing (preferred)
- Familiar with tech hiring and client acquisition cycles
- Confident communicator, especially with senior decision-makers
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
- Interest in AI tools and automation is a strong advantage.
