Job Description
Business Development Manager focused on new business growth for Shermco’s Power Systems Engineering services. Seeking candidates with low voltage engineering knowledge and business development experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Power Systems Engineering services
- Proactively prospect and penetrate new accounts within key markets
- Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline of opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or technical sales
- Working knowledge of Low voltage power systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
