Job Description
Business Development Manager supporting new product launches across SBD. Collaborating with teams to enhance marketing strategies and boost product demand.
Responsibilities:
- New Product Commercialization
- Plan and oversee new product launches across SBDs multiple strategic business units
- Lead and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan
- Develop demand and sales of products by investigating and resolving customer problems
- Responsible for educating and communicating to the salesforce on new product
- Develop marketing vision, strategies, and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
- 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan
- Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members.
