Job Description

Business Development Manager structuring non-QM mortgage loans for lenders in the assigned territory. Collaborating with Sales Leaders and Loan Officers to foster repeat business through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Help structure loans
  • Subject matter expert – answer guideline and scenario questions
  • Training – help train interior and exterior customers
  • Operations – help identify any loans that have roadblocks to closing and help remove those roadblocks
  • Pipeline Management / Smart Series
  • Identify roadblocks in the process and help deliver solutions
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • College Degree – preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of non-QM experience
  • Mortgage Sales or Mortgage Sales assistant - preferable
  • Ability to structure loans
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Good Public Speaking Skills
