Job Description
Leading growth strategy for Verity Solutions and CarepathRx at Cigna Group. Responsible for partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market execution to drive healthcare innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the integrated Go To Market & growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, and enterprise priorities.
- Translate executive objectives into actionable strategic plans with a 3–5 year horizon.
- Partner closely with the President and senior leadership team to shape long-term direction, prioritize investments, and enable scalable growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships to further products and commercial opportunities.
- Develop strategies and business plans for new and adjacent markets, including specialty pharmacy, infusion services, and technology-enabled offerings.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, manufacturers, health systems, and technology partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or adjacent industries.
- Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess financial, operational, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build scalable organizational capabilities.
