Job Description
Senior-level sales professional developing B2B sales strategies for a travel agency in Saudi Arabia. Building a lead pipeline and closing high-value corporate accounts with a focus on the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting corporate clients in Saudi Arabia and beyond
- Build and manage your own lead pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Identify and close high-value corporate accounts (target: 2-3 major corporate clients to meet revenue goals)
- Leverage existing networks and connections in Saudi Arabia/Middle East to generate business
- Travel to Saudi Arabia regularly (if not based there) to meet clients and build relationships
- Structure proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel/tourism, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong existing network and connections in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
- Proven track record of generating $5M+ in annual revenue
- Self-starter with ability to build sales systems and processes from scratch
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus but not required)
- Comfortable working independently as a consultant/contractor
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia OR able to travel there regularly
- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and relationship-driven sales
- Experience selling travel packages, corporate travel services, or B2B tourism solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking skills
