Job Description

Business Development Representative for Salesforce focusing on building business opportunities in the Taiwan market. Engaging with C-suite executives and leveraging cultural expertise to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-level outbound strategies (Phone/Email) to target C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the Taiwan market
  • Identify, qualify, and generate high-accuracy new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Taiwanese business culture and commercial habits to build trust
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop territory strategies
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales teams in Japan and regional teams to maximize business opportunities across borders

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (specifically with intangible products/services/solutions)
  • 3+ years of direct experience in 'hunting' or new business acquisition
  • A strong desire to achieve targets and the resilience to overcome challenges (a 'refuse to lose' mindset)
  • Ability to think logically and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the Taiwan market, business practices, and culture
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin, Business English communication is a strong plus.
