Job Description
Business Development Representative for a fintech company engaging real estate investors and builders. Sourcing leads, scheduling appointments, and educating clients on loan products.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify new leads and potential borrowers.
- Make 20-30 outbound calls per day to real estate investors, builders, and property developers.
- Engage potential clients to introduce New Silver’s short-term loan products.
- Set appointments for the internal sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified leads.
- Effectively manage lead data, ensuring proper follow-up and consistent communication with prospects.
- Educate potential clients on how New Silver’s products can benefit their real estate investment or development projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or financial services.
- Experience in the U.S. real estate market is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Soft skills are crucial; we value a willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Neutral or light accent, as the role involves engaging with U.S.-based clients.
