Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau français de conciergerie locative courte durée d’ALB à Toulon. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus locatifs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in Toulon and the surrounding area
- Grow the business by bringing new properties into management
- Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties
- Oversee property operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Coordinate a local network of service providers
- Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector accepted
- Motivation
- Independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring long-term income
