Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau français d’ALB Conciergerie, spécialiste de la gestion locative courte durée. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio
- Manage cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management
- Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Coordinate the local service provider network
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Potentially build a team of City Managers through sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation and autonomy
- Independent contractor status
