Job Description
Workday Extend Consulting Manager leading distributed consulting teams and client delivery for Kognitiv’s Workday Extend practice. Shaping strategy, overseeing engagements, and driving practice growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of Workday Extend clients, ensuring strategic oversight and consistent delivery excellence
- Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects
- Partner with Integrations and Product leadership to shape and mature the Extend offering
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication
- Lead escalation management and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development
- Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards
- Represent the Extend team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
- Demonstrate ownership by connecting day-to-day work to broader business, practice, and ecosystem goals
Requirements:
- Senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations and their associated ecosystems
- Proven experience managing and developing remote or distributed consulting teams
- Excellent written and verbal stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business goals and advance strategic outcomes
- Proven track record of client success and practice growth
- Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 5% annually
