Job Description
Hiring Clinical Staffing Recruiter to source and place clinicians for Trusted Health's staffing needs. Responsible for managing clinician relationships and facilitating placements.
Responsibilities:
- Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments.
- Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians.
- Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting intake calls daily with job seekers.
- Evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.
- Maintain proficiency in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted.
- Contribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required
- Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
