Job Description

Cisco Communications Manager shaping executive narratives for AI-driven enterprise operations. Developing speeches, presentations, and cross-functional communications that amplify Cisco’s global impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executives and their teams to develop communication strategies and roadmaps
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Support management of high-impact communications for time-sensitive situations
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Develop speeches, keynotes, presentations, articles, and multimedia content
  • Establish thought leadership and reinforce organizational priorities
  • Refine executives’ presentation skills, communication style, and stakeholder engagement approach
  • Partner with PR, Marketing, Product, Analyst Relations, Sales, and other functions to ensure messaging consistency
  • Design and implement communication vehicles including broadcasts, roundtables, social media, and events
  • Establish effectiveness metrics and refine strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with executive communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field
  • Demonstrated success creating content that engages employees, customers, partners, and/or external stakeholders
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
  • Experience in communications for AI, IT, or technology is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools to scale impact, drive efficiency, and enhance communications
  • Knowledge of Cisco products and/or enterprise technology landscape
