Job Description
Cisco Communications Manager shaping executive narratives for AI-driven enterprise operations. Developing speeches, presentations, and cross-functional communications that amplify Cisco’s global impact.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executives and their teams to develop communication strategies and roadmaps
- Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Support management of high-impact communications for time-sensitive situations
- Craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
- Develop speeches, keynotes, presentations, articles, and multimedia content
- Establish thought leadership and reinforce organizational priorities
- Refine executives’ presentation skills, communication style, and stakeholder engagement approach
- Partner with PR, Marketing, Product, Analyst Relations, Sales, and other functions to ensure messaging consistency
- Design and implement communication vehicles including broadcasts, roundtables, social media, and events
- Establish effectiveness metrics and refine strategies based on feedback and results
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with executive communications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field
- Demonstrated success creating content that engages employees, customers, partners, and/or external stakeholders
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
- Experience in communications for AI, IT, or technology is a plus
- Experience using AI tools to scale impact, drive efficiency, and enhance communications
- Knowledge of Cisco products and/or enterprise technology landscape
