Job Description
Executive Communications Partner shaping executive narratives for Cisco’s AI and technology operations. Developing strategic content, advising leaders, and amplifying initiatives across global audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executives and their teams to develop communication strategies and roadmaps
- Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Support high-impact communications for time-sensitive situations
- Craft messaging for diverse audiences
- Develop speeches, keynotes, presentations, articles, and multimedia content
- Work with executives to refine presentation skills, communication style, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with PR, Marketing, Product, Analyst Relations, Sales, and other functions to ensure messaging consistency
- Design and implement communication vehicles including broadcasts, roundtables, social media, and events
- Establish effectiveness metrics and refine strategies based on feedback and results
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with executive communications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field
- Demonstrated success creating content that engages employees, customers, partners, and/or external stakeholders
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
- Ability to distill complex strategies and technical information into clear and impactful messages
- Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Experience managing multiple projects, high-visibility initiatives, and competing priorities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery and pivot as needed
