Job Description

Executive Communications Partner shaping executive narratives for Cisco’s AI and technology operations. Developing strategic content, advising leaders, and amplifying initiatives across global audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executives and their teams to develop communication strategies and roadmaps
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Support high-impact communications for time-sensitive situations
  • Craft messaging for diverse audiences
  • Develop speeches, keynotes, presentations, articles, and multimedia content
  • Work with executives to refine presentation skills, communication style, and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with PR, Marketing, Product, Analyst Relations, Sales, and other functions to ensure messaging consistency
  • Design and implement communication vehicles including broadcasts, roundtables, social media, and events
  • Establish effectiveness metrics and refine strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with executive communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field
  • Demonstrated success creating content that engages employees, customers, partners, and/or external stakeholders
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution
  • Ability to distill complex strategies and technical information into clear and impactful messages
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects, high-visibility initiatives, and competing priorities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery and pivot as needed
